HERE’S HOW
All you need is a smart phone or computer. If you don’t have a computer, you can still download, save, or forward the design from your phone.
REQUEST A PROOF USING THE PINK FORM.
Add the title of your chosen design or the SKU code next to the image.
Send us the information you would like to appear on the message, as well as who the message is from, along with a photo of your pet and any other details you would like to add.
We've added a festive tune but if you prefer you can send us a You-Tube link with your choice of song/music (approx 20s) or ask us to mute the music.
We will personalise your design and send you a proof for your approval, please allow 2 - 3 working days, (usually received within 24-48 hours) Please let us know if your request is urgent and we will try our best to help.
Please be aware that the photo and the text you decide upon, may alter the font size of the lettering, and adjust the layout of the design, but you will have an opportunity to see the overall appearance in the proof before you make a purchase. If there are any changes you would like us to make please contact us by responding to the email we send you.
Along with your proof we will send you a unique purchase code. Add your chosen design to the cart, along with your PURCHASE CODE and make a secure online payment via card or Apple Pay.
When we have received your payment, we will send the MP4 design to your email address, ready for you to forward to as many guests as you like, via social media, or email, you can also download the message to your smartphone or computer to use later.
We don’t recommend sending your message via SMS as most carriers have a small file size or data capabilities, which may make the message unreadable or blurry at the recipient’s end. If you need to send the message via SMS please let us know and we will send you a video link which you can text to your guests.
Please note that this is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD only, no physical product will be shipped.
